By accessing or using the services provided by Divine Healing Christian Counseling ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Divine Healing Christian Counseling provides faith-based counseling services based on biblical principles. Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Clients experiencing medical or psychological emergencies should seek professional medical attention immediately.

Our counseling services are available to individuals 18 years and older. Minors may receive counseling services only with parental or guardian consent.

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. However, confidentiality may be breached under the following circumstances:

• If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
• If abuse or neglect of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable individual is disclosed.
• If required by law.

Divine Healing Christian Counseling does not accept insurance for services. All counseling fees must be paid directly by the client.

• Fees for counseling services must be paid in full before sessions begin.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise determined at our sole discretion.
• If a session is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, a reschedule may be offered.

Our counseling services are offered as spiritual guidance and do not replace professional medical or mental health care. By using our services, you agree that Divine Healing Christian Counseling is not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on the counseling received.

Clients are expected to engage respectfully and in good faith. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone who engages in disrespectful, inappropriate, or abusive behavior.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and our services at any time. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.
